1. How many people do I need to book a private hire?
A minimum of 15 guests total - Can be adjusted to Less
Your group can mix different tiers — as long as your total adds up to 5 or more.
2. Can solo travellers join?
Yes — we offer Open Shared Sessions for solo guests, couples, and small groups.
No minimum required.
3. What is included in each tier?

4. What are the session times?
We offer two daily sessions: Both are 4hrs
• 12 PM – 4 PM
• 6 PM – 10 PM
5. Can we add extras like live music or a drag show?
Yes — we offer add-ons including:
• Live acoustic guitarist or Live Band
• Drag queen performance
• Magic show
• Birthday Cakes
• Special decore for Hens / Bucks any special occasion
(Prices vary; added during booking.)
6. Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a 50% deposit is required to secure all private bar hire bookings.
Your remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before your session or the remaing amount can be paid cash on arrival.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable, but you can change your booking.
Can I change my date or time?
Yes — you may reschedule your session once, with at least 24 hours notice, at no extra cost.
Your deposit will be moved to the new date.
(If you reschedule within 24 hours of your booking, a small fee may apply.)
7. Do you allow kids?
Private hire only — kids are welcome with parental supervision.
8. Can we upgrade on the day?
No — upgrades are not available on the day.
If you book Tier 1 and decide you want cocktails, spirits, or premium inclusions during your session, these will need to be purchased at full menu price.
To access premium platters, cocktails, spirits, VIP service, and the full open-bar experience, you must book Tier 2 or Tier 3 in advance.
Booking your preferred tier upfront guarantees the best value and ensures everything is prepared for your group before arrival.
